Players have at least 14 days from the original purchase date to request a full refund for the Astrofall ALL Pass.
What to include in a request
Include the purchase email, receipt ID or receipt reference if available, and a short reason so support can identify the transaction and the current entitlement state.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds revoke the ALL Pass from the matching email receipt account. Paid progress may remain recorded for support history, but premium worlds and ships are removed once the refund is confirmed.
